Division’s Responsibilities: The Vulnerability and Adaptation division will carry out surveys/assessments at vulnerable areas throughout Tonga. Results from the assessment will be used to draft Project Concept Notes and Proposals to donors. If these projects or programmes approved by donors the V&A division will monitor these actions.
